We’re pleased to announce that Cody Lane has joined NLX as Associate Product Manager.

Cody began at NLX as a Customer Advocacy Intern, where he collaborated on product enhancements and built training materials. Once the internship was complete, he made a smooth transition into Associate Product Manager, where he’s responsible for delivering enhancements to both Conversations by NLX and Voice Compass, while working closely with the product team to deliver a truly unique experience for all users.

After working nearly six years at Microsoft as a Global Order & Incident Management Project Manager, he brings global end-to-end product management and customer repair skills to the table. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Washington state’s vast landscape, playing and writing music, researching new technology, and the dangerous unparalleled rush of riding motorcycles.

Cody reports to Director of Product Management, Fadi Baaklini, who says:

“Cody's excitement to join the product management team at NLX was apparent from day one. He is always the first person to step up to try to solve a problem, which speaks to the type of leadership he conveys. Through that lens, Cody has shown great initiative and acumen in understanding the complexities of the conversational AI space, and we are excited to see his impact on our products and the company's future growth.”

Outside of work, his interests include rugby, soccer (which he describes as “the real football”); football, specifically the Pittsburgh Steelers, and DIY and home improvement, though he sees this as life-long learning.
