In our company-wide commitment to ensuring we deliver the highest standards of security for our customers, NLX has been pursuing an industry-recognized SOC 2 accreditation. By undergoing this rigorous scrutiny of our security practices, we demonstrate our commitment to protecting our customers and the trust you place in us. Today, we are proud to announce that on May 31, 2020 we passed our recent SOC 2 audit and have been awarded a SOC 2 Type 1 certification covering the Security, Availability, and Confidentiality principles.

Passing the audit means we conform to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA") SOC 2 standard, which measures security, availability, and confidentiality and serves as assurance that your data is being managed in a controlled and audited environment.

The SOC 2 Type 1 examination was conducted by an independent, third-party accounting and auditing firm, who evaluated NLX's processes, procedures, and controls for security, availability, and confidentiality of our conversation management platform on May 31, 2020.

This is not the end for the SOC 2 process at NLX though. We are committed to carrying out an ongoing SOC 2 Type 2 audit to ensure we continue to sustain the high standards that we have put in place and keep supporting our customers' needs.
